I met you in the garden,
Next to the fruit tree.
You wrote on my skin,
Then let me free.
Now I'm in ruins.

You always caress me forward,
You squeeze my mind tight.
Music was in my ears,
And blast me with light.
Now I'm in ruins.

I come back to reality,
By the sound of the rain.
Always alone in an apartment,
Feeling constant spiritual pain.
Now I'm in ruins.

One day I'll break free,
From this colorful mesh.
I'll find a God fearing woman,
Just never trust your flesh.
But for now I'm in ruins.
